These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of mdcontractingsolutions.com and to text messages you receive from M.D. Contracting Solutions, LLC ("M.D. Contracting Solutions," "we," "our," or "us"), 2244 Northwest Pkwy SE, Unit A, Marietta, GA 30067. By using our website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program name: M.D. Contracting Solutions Text Messaging.

Program description: When you give us your mobile number (for example when you request an estimate, book a job, become a customer or text us), you agree to receive text messages from M.D. Contracting Solutions about your service. These include appointment confirmations and reminders, on-our-way notices, quotes, invoices and payment receipts, job follow-ups and replies to your questions. We will only send promotional messages, such as offers or seasonal maintenance reminders, if you have separately agreed to receive them.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency varies depending on your service activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Texts are sent through our customer management platform (Jobber). Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.

Estimates and Work

Information on this website is a general description of our services. Estimates are free. Prices, scope and timing for any job are set out in a written quote or agreement, and that document governs the work. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
